Voltspin

The puzzle can be played without an account or internet connection. The optional global leaderboard uses an account and an online service to keep scores across devices.

What the leaderboard stores

If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, Voltspin sends the provider's identity token to its leaderboard service to verify your sign-in. The service stores an account ID, the provider-specific user ID, your chosen public nickname, your submitted level and daily results (including moves, elapsed time and score), and record timestamps. It does not store your Apple or Google password or payment information. Email is not stored as a separate leaderboard profile field. Your nickname and total score are visible to other players in the global leaderboard.

Provider identity tokens can contain an email address. Tokens are processed to verify authentication. For Apple sign-in on Android, the service also temporarily stores the identity token for the sign-in handoff. This handoff expires after ten minutes; expired handoff records are removed during subsequent sign-in cleanup. Email from these tokens is not displayed publicly or used for advertising.

A session token is kept in secure storage on your device. Sign-in and leaderboard requests pass through a Cloudflare-hosted service. Apple and Google process sign-in under their own privacy policies. Voltspin has no ads or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not sell this data.

Secure storage also keeps the first linked account's provider, a hash of its provider ID, and its leaderboard profile ID to prevent switching accounts on the same device. This record is not shown in the public ranking and remains when you sign out.

If you report or block a player, the service stores the account IDs involved and the action time. A report also stores the nickname you reported so it can be reviewed. Blocked players are hidden from your own list. See the leaderboard rules.

Your progress

Your current level, history and purchase state are stored locally on your device. Playing without signing in does not send level results to the leaderboard. After sign-in, new eligible results are sent to the service and your latest result for each level or daily puzzle replaces the previous one, even when the new score is lower. Earlier plays are not uploaded retroactively.

Retention and deletion

Your leaderboard data remains until you delete your leaderboard account. In the app, open Settings → Global Leaderboard → Delete leaderboard account. This permanently removes the account, nickname, sign-in link and submitted scores from our service. Local game progress and purchases remain on your device. You can also request account deletion on the web. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can separately revoke Voltspin's Apple access in your Apple Account settings.

Successful deletion in the app clears saved sign-in, the device account link and unsent results on that device, and invalidates leaderboard sessions on all devices. If you delete elsewhere, another device can retain its local account link and allow only the original provider identity to sign in again. Contact support if you cannot access that identity.

Network & purchases

Core puzzles work offline; sign-in and global ranking require internet access. Optional purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Voltspin does not receive card details.

Children

The leaderboard is optional. Parents and guardians can contact us to request deletion of a child's leaderboard account or associated scores.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.

Oturum belirteci cihazının güvenli depolamasında tutulur. Giriş ve sıralama istekleri Cloudflare üzerinde barındırılan hizmetten geçer. Apple ve Google girişi kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler. Reklam veya üçüncü taraf analitik SDK'sı yoktur; veriler satılmaz.

Aynı cihazda farklı hesaba geçişi önlemek için ilk bağlanan hesabın sağlayıcısı, sağlayıcı kimliğinin hash değeri ve sıralama profil kimliği güvenli depolamada tutulur. Bu kayıt herkese açık sıralamada gösterilmez ve çıkış yaptığında korunur.

Bir oyuncuyu bildirir veya engellersen ilgili hesap kimlikleri ve işlem zamanı saklanır. Bildirimde incelenecek takma ad da saklanır. Engellediğin oyuncu yalnızca senin listenden gizlenir. Sıralama kurallarına bakabilirsin.

İlerlemen

Bulunduğun seviye, geçmişin ve satın alma durumu cihazında yerel olarak saklanır. Giriş yapmadan oynadığın sonuçlar sıralamaya gönderilmez. Giriş yaptıktan sonraki uygun sonuçlar sunucuya gönderilir; her bölümün veya günlük görevin son sonucu, daha düşük puanlı olsa bile öncekinin yerini alır. Eski oyunlar geriye dönük gönderilmez.

Saklama ve silme

Sıralama verilerin, sıralama hesabını silene kadar tutulur. Uygulamada Ayarlar → Global Sıralama → Sıralama hesabını sil yolunu izle. Hesap, takma ad, giriş bağlantısı ve gönderilmiş puanlar hizmetimizden kalıcı olarak kaldırılır. Cihazındaki oyun ilerlemesi ve satın alımlar korunur. Ayrıca web üzerinden silme talebi gönderebilirsin. Apple ile giriş yaptıysan Voltspin erişimini Apple Hesabı ayarlarından ayrıca kaldırabilirsin.

Uygulamada başarılı silme, bu cihazdaki kayıtlı girişi, hesap bağını ve bekleyen sonuçları temizler; tüm cihazlardaki sıralama oturumlarını geçersiz kılar. Başka bir yerden sildiğinde diğer cihazın yerel hesap bağı kalabilir ve yeniden giriş yalnızca ilk sağlayıcı kimliğiyle yapılabilir. Bu kimliğe erişemiyorsan destek ile iletişime geç.
